Happy 17th Birthday Love! Yayy! I had so much fun with you and your family. Your sister and I wanted to do something big for you this year. The plan was for me to hide in the trunk of the car until we got to Tracy to eat. I know it was illegal to do, but it would have been a great surprise, but I panicked. I was scared, Lol.
